In the Discussion menu, you can view all discussion topics created by your professor in one place.

<aside> 📢 Professors can choose to hide the Discussion menu from the course. Even if the menu is not available, you can still access the discussion through other menus, such as the To-Do List.

Viewing the Discussion List

The Discussion menu consists of three sections:

  1. Pinned Discussions:  These are discussion topics pinned by the professor to encourage student participation. If there are no pinned discussions, this section will be empty.

  2. Discussions: This section lists all active discussions in the course, excluding pinned or closed discussions. Discussions are sorted based on recent activity. In this section, the section title will only appear if there are discussions available.

  3. Closed Discussions: This section shows discussions that have been manually closed by the professor or have passed their closing date.
