Message Inbox Access

Click Message Inbox in the global navigation menu.

The number displayed on the message inbox indicates the number of unread messages. The number disappears once you read the new messages.

Inbox Message List View

1. Messages are listed from the most recent ones at the top, based on the current date.
2. The read status of a message can be seen by the circle icon on the left side of the message. It indicates whether a message is read or unread.
3. Click the star icon on the right side of a message to mark it as important.
4. The number at the top right shows the total number of messages exchanged within that conversation.

Message Thread View

When you click a message from the inbox list, all messages threaded to it will appear as a message thread on the right side.

The most recent conversation is displayed at the top of the message thread.

Each message consists of ① Subject, ② Sender (in bold), ③ Recipient, ④ Date sent, and ⑤ Content.
